:SAVE:MTESt[:STARt]
Syntax
:SAVE:MTESt[:STARt] <file_spec>
Description
Saves the current pass/fail test mask to the external memory in "*.pf" format.

<file_spec>

<file_spec> includes the file storage location and
the filename with a suffix. Its length cannot
exceed 64 characters. If the USB storage device is
inserted into the USB HOST interface of the rear
panel, the storage location is E:\; if inserted into
the USB HOST interface of the front panel, the
storage location is D:\. For example, E:\123.pf

Remarks
Before using the command to save the pass/fail test mask file, send the :MASK:ENABle command first
to enable the pass/fail test function. otherwise, this command is invalid.
If the specified storage location already contains a file with the same filename, the original file will be
overwritten.
DS4000E does not support running a command to save the pass/fail test mask file to the internal
memory for now. If required, save the file by performing the save operation on the front panel of the
oscilloscope.
