SYMPTOM

The PCU cannot be pulled out if the fusing unit is not pulled out first.

Note:

This does not affect image quality in any way.

CAUSE

The front side plate (B1544118) of the fusing unit overlaps with the PCU as shown.

Note:

Previously, the front side plate was separated into two parts to meet a field

request (Front Side Plate: B1544118, Front Adjustment Side Plate: B1544117).
The height can be adjusted to fix image skew.
