SYMPTOM
The BICU board is defective, or the controller board is defective and SC838 occurs
(Verification Error).
CAUSE
A short circuit occurs with the +5VF or +5VE line in the harness between the IO board and
BICU board (P/N B1545408).

+5VE short-circuit: The controller board may be defective and SC838 occurs

+5VF short-circuit: The BICU board may be defective
