SYMPTOM
The front door safety switch breaks when the front door is closed with too much force.
Note:
This does not occur if the front door is closed with the normal amount of force.
CAUSE
The operator closes the front door with too much force, and the front door switch boss
pushes too strongly on the safety switch.
SOLUTION
Production line
The projection on the inside of the front door was made longer. As a result, the projection
stops the switch boss before the switch boss pushes the switch too far.
Note:
The change was applied to the following parts, but the P/N are still the same.
