Sometimes a network error occurs, and as a result a fax cannot be sent
with DeskTopBinder.
The machine does not respond when the operator tries to do the
following from WIM:

Check the status of a
fax
journal (Transmission and Receipt report).

The machine may freeze when the IP-FAX port setting is programmed in
Sp3107-001-007.

Web Image Monitor cannot be used if a CSV file of the Journal is
downloaded after a network reboot (NCS reboot) is performed.

FAX Switch 03/bit 4 is ON.
