HDD Formatting Select the desired SP, then press Execute on the
touch panel to format each HDD partition.
Note: After execution, turn the main power switch off
and on.

Image Files Initializes documents stored in document server mode,
stamp print data, scanner send data, fax send data.
3 NetFiles Initializes network file application thumbnail images.

Job Log Initializes job logging data (for Poplar server) DFU

Sensor Condition
1 Platen Cover sensor Checks the following sensors in the scanner unit.

Selects whether mm or inches are used in the display.
Note: After selecting the number, you must turn the

A3/DLT Double Count 104*
Specifies whether the counter is doubled for A3/11" x
17" paper.
If “Yes” is selected, the total counter (mechanical
counter) and the current user code counter counts up
twice when A3/11" x 17" paper is used.
[ 0 = No / 1 = Yes]
ADS Level Selection 106*
Selects the image density level that is used in ADS
mode.
