The piston filler fulfils the requirements of the EU Machinery Directive and the EU directives 
for using meat and meat products.  

The body of the RKF 130 piston filler basically comprises a self-supporting stainless steel 
construction. It deals with all the static and dynamic loads that crop up during operation. 
Even the environmental protection requirements are especially observed during the 
manufacturing process. The piston filler stands out due to the extremely quiet and smooth 
running.  
The external machine parts are made of stainless steel or non-corroding material. The 
complete machine surface is specially treated for the purpose of easy cleaning and 
maintenance. Big doors and casing panels allow easy accessibility for cleaning and 
maintenance.  
The core of the piston filler, the roasting piston and rotary piston, is powered by a hydraulic 
drive.
