LUBRICATION 

•

 

Instructions for lubrication practise 

- 

The lubrication points provided on the rotating casing holding device 
should be lubricated regularly with the lubricants suggested by the 
machine manufacturer. This is the basic requirement for fault-free 
working of the casing holding device and for a long life. In case of any 
guarantee claims, evidence of lubrication must be maintained in 
writing. 

 

- 

Do not supply the same lubrication point with different types of 
greases or oils. Danger of “saponification”. 
The lubricant type should not be mixed even within a lubrication group.  

 

- 

Inspecting the lubrication function. In case of fresh grease lubrication, 
the grease required by the bearings escapes via the lines to the 
grease outlet points facilitated for that. If no grease escape is 
apparent, then REX customer service must be notified immediately.  

 

- 

The casing holding device should be examined at intervals for high 
lubrication.  

 

Attention! Refill max. 0.5 cm³ grease per lubrication!!
