Rinse all parts treated with the cleaning solution with approx. 60-70°C
hot water having drinking water quality. High pressure cleaners, low
pressure cleaning devices, spray pistols or water hoses can be used
for this. However while doing so observe the safety instructions of this
chapter unconditionally.

Inspect all cleaned parts for absolute cleanliness by scrupulous visual
testing. Repeat cleaning procedure in case of incomplete removal of
product residues.

Disinfect all handled parts with disinfectant solution as per cleaning
plan and using a suitable tool (high pressure cleaner, low pressure
foaming device, spray pistol, brush etc.).
The application time given in the product data sheet of the
manufacturer of cleaner and disinfectant and other usage instructions
should be followed accurately.

Rinse all disinfected parts with drinking water

Dry all treated parts (if required with sterile and oil free compressed
air)

Rub oil into all treated parts with maintenance product according to the
cleaning plan
Attention: These cleaning and disinfectant jobs are extremely important
for:
•
the good quality of the product
•
avoiding biological contaminations of the product
•
fulfilling appropriate hygiene regulations
•
conserving the piston filler’s value
