Single instruction for cleaning non-removable machine parts
Cleaning of the non-removable machine parts should also be executed independently and in
parallel with the cleaning of the removable machine parts. Is applicable here also in every
case:

Before executing the cleaning plan:
Press the off button.

Switch off the main switch

Pre-rinse external machine body, machine run-out, roasting cylinder cover,
roasting cylinder, rotating piston cylinder and also bearing and drive shaft for
rotating piston with hot water and with suitable tool (high pressure cleaner, brush,
scraper, trowel, water hose).

Thoroughly clean machine parts, especially the parts contacted by the product,
individually with cleaning solution as per the cleaning plan and using a suitable tool
(brush, spray pistol, low pressure foaming device).
Strictly observe the required application time of the cleaners and disinfectants as
per the instructions of the manufacturer.
