DAILY OR WEEKLY CLEANING UNDER THE USER'S RESPONSIBILITY
10.4.1.
Before every start-up
Clean the brazier
“G”
using the purpose-provided tool, removing all ash and incrustation that may obstruct the
air passageways.
If the pellets in the tank have run out, unburned pellets may build up in the brazier. Always empty the brazier of
all residue before start-up.
REMEMBER THAT ONLY A BRAZIER THAT IS CORRECTLY IN PLACE AND THOROUGHLY
CLEAN CAN GUARANTEE THE OPTIMAL STARTUP AND OPERATION OF YOUR PELLET
BOILER.
To clean the brazier properly, remove it fully from its seat and clean all
holes and the grate at the bottom thoroughly. If good quality pellets
are being used, using a brush is normally enough to return the
components to top performance, but in the event of tough incrustation,
use the steel tool supplied as standard with the boiler.
10.4.2.
Check every 2 / 3 days

removing any ash;
beware of hot ash.
You may use a vacuum cleaner to remove the ash,
only if it is
completely cold. If this is the case, use a vacuum cleaner designed to
suction a certain size of particles such as “high-power canisters”. Rely
on your experience and on the quality of the pellets to determine how
frequently cleaning is required.
It is nonetheless advisable not to exceed 2 or 3 days
