FAULT
POSSIBLE CAUSES
REMEDIES
Pellets build up in
the brazier, and the
flame is weak,
1.
Insufficient combustion air.
2.
Damp or unsuitable pellets.
3.
Smoke extractor motor broken.
1.
Clean the brazier and check that all
airways are clear.
Perform a general clean of the
combustion chamber and smoke
duct.
Make sure the air inlet is not
obstructed.
2.
Change the type of pellet.
3.
Check the motor and replace it if
necessary.
The smoke
extraction motor
does not work
1.
No electricity supply to the boiler.
2.
The motor is broken.
3.
The mother board is faulty.
4.
The control panel is broken.
1.
Check the supply voltage and the
protection fuse.
2.
Check the motor and capacitor and
replace if necessary.
3.
Replace the circuit board.
4.
Replace the control panel.
In automatic mode,
the boiler always
runs at full power.
1.
Thermostat set to minimum
2.
Room thermostat in position that
always detects cold.
3.
Temperature detector sensor faulty.
4.
Control panel faulty or broken.
1.
Reset the thermostat temperature.
2.
Change the position of the sensor
3.
Check the sensor and replace it if
necessary.
4.
Check the panel and replace it if
necessary.
The boiler won't
start
1.
Power failure.
2.
Pellet sensor has seized up.
3.
Fuse blown.
4.
Pressure switch broken (shutdown
indicated).
5.
Smoke outlet or duct clogged.
1.
Make sure the appliance is plugged
in and that the main switch is set to
“I”.
2.
Release it by resetting the rear
thermostat; if it happens again,
replace the thermostat.
3.
Replace the fuse.
4.
Replace the pressure switch.
5.
Clean the smoke outlet and/or the
smoke duct.
