The safety devices have been tampered with or removed.
The boiler is not connected to an efficient and effective
smoke outlet system.
The room i.n which the boiler is installed is not suitably
aired
The hydraulic system has not been laid in compliance

9.6.1.
Alarm signals
In the event of an operating fault, the boiler is fitted with a
computerised monitoring system and therefore informs the user on the
display
(8)
how serious the fault is and where it has occurred.
The following table summarises the main alarm signals
Indication on the
display (8)
Type of problem
Solution
ALAR DEP FAIL
Smoke outlet pipe obstructed or back-pressure caused by
wind outside.
Check and clean the ENTIRE smoke duct or check
whether the outside wind prevents the smoke from
exiting (insert a windproof chimney).
Only once the cause of the shutdown has been
permanently remedied can the boiler be restarted.
ALAR FAN FAIL
Fan speed too low or fan off
The smoke blower fan has shut down.
Check how clean it is and whether dirt is slowing down
the fan. If the problem is not solved through a thorough
clean, replace the blower fan
ALAR SOND FUMI
The smoke sensor has short-circuited
Replace the smoke sensor
ALAR SIC FAIL
The pellet tank safety device has been triggered.
Malfunctioning has caused overheating. The pressure
inside the boiler is not within the parameter values set
Check the parameters of the recipe used
The exchanger isn't working.
The boiler was used at maximum performance for too
long. Check the correct pressure with a pressure gauge.
ALAR HOT TEMP
This occurs when the temperature of the smoke reaches
and remains above 180° for too long.
Clean the inside of the exchanger and operate the boiler
at maximum performance for shorter periods of time.
Also check the quantity of pellets.
ALAR NO ACC
This occurs at the first failed start-up attempt.
If it was the first start-up, repeat the process or check
the level of pellets in the tank.
Check the pellet igniter.
ALAR NO FIRE
It occurs when the boiler shuts down and when the
smoke sensor temperature is below the set threshold.
It is due to the flame dying out due to clogging or when
the pellets in the tank have run out.
