1. Remove the desorber cover.
2. Unscrew the retaining ring to remove the desorber or vapor plate and set aside.
3. Remove the white seal disc to expose the membrane and set aside.
4. Using only the membrane tool, peel the membrane away from the inlet, and dispose of it.

5. Clean the inlet surface thoroughly with an alcohol swab ensuring that no debris from the old membrane
remains.

6. Remove a new replacement membrane from its package, holding it by its thicker edges.
7. Carefully push the new membrane over the inlet.
NOTE: Do not push on the face of the membrane.
The membrane stretches slightly and then snaps into position.
NOTE: The new membrane installs easier if first wiped with an alcohol swab.
8. Carefully reinstall the white seal disc over the membrane, ensuring that it is aligned and seated properly.
