The name of the xml file is <IncidenceId>.xml, where “IncidenceId” is the incidence identifier,
left padded with zeros until reaching eight digits. The contents of the file is the following:

Incidence: contains all data from the incidence.

●

Id: incidence identifier.

●

Type: incidence type. STOPPED_CAR_VIOLATION for a stopped car incidence.
