PiXtend eIO Hardware Manual
The analog voltage inputs can measure DC and AC voltages. When using alternating
voltages, the input filters must be observed. Only measurements in the positive range are
possible. Although negative voltages can be applied within the specified maximum values,
they can not be evaluated.
PiXtend eIO can not automatically evaluate the jumper state (plugged / unplugged) of the
analog voltage inputs. If you insert the jumper, you have to react accordingly in the
software (adjust the conversion factor).
Warning!
Voltages greater than +/- 30 V DC can cause overheating and
component failure.
** Under EMC exposure deviations of up to 2% (based on the final scale value) are
possible.
