When all of the virtual devices have been assigned to the appropriate
port, click
Apply
to accept the port settings.
The settings will take effect after the next system reboot (see
Restarting
the System
on page 86).
Configuring the Email
Settings

To configure the Email settings:

To access the
page, from the
Remote Alerts
page, click the
tab.

The management frame displays the

Edit the Email server information as desired (see
table 12
for a description
of the fields) and click
Apply
.

After editing the Email server information, click the
Send
button to test
the notification system. If the test is not successful, verify the email server
information and the administrative recipients list and try again.

Note:
Microsoft Windows has a known issue recognizing more than
eight LUNs on a single Fibre Channel port. See Microsoft
Knowledge Base Article 310072:
