Machine settings
•
Press [Others] to display registered destination names starting with a symbol or number.
•
Press [Speed-Dial] to select a destination using a speed-dial number. For details, see
speed-dial numbers” (page 5-4)

Press [Search] to search a destination from address book. For details, see
server destinations” (page 5-5)

You can confirm or delete the specified destinations by pressing [Location].

Press
to switch the number of destinations to be displayed.

Deleting groups

Press [Setting] on My MFP Menu screen.
If My MFP Menu screen is not displayed, press <Mode> repeatedly until My MFP menu
screen is displayed.

Press [Register].

Press [Group].

Select the group you want to delete, and press [Delete].

Press [Yes].

Press [No] to close the screen without deleting groups.
•
To continue deleting groups, repeat the procedures from step 4.
Printing a group list

Press [Setting] on My MFP Menu screen.
If My MFP Menu screen is not displayed, press <Mode> repeatedly until My MFP menu
screen is displayed.

Press [Register].

Press [Group].

Select a group which you want to print, and press [List].

Press [Number] or [Alphabet].
•
Number: The destinations will be printed in speed-dial number order.
•
Alphabet: The destinations will be printed in alphabetic order.

Press [Yes].
Select [ON] to enable duplex printing, or [OFF] to disable it.
NOTE
The group list can also be printed from [Setting]
