The display reads “rd-5” at the beginning of the reader test. Read any ID-
card five times to pass this portion of the test.
When all manual tests are finished, the TR510E will generate a long beep
and display “PASS”:
This indicates that the test sequence has been completed successfully. You
can still continue testing the buttons and the reader at this point. The TR510E
will behave as if in the Normal Mode of operation, but no records will be added
to the database.
