Refried Bean Dip

Mix beans, seasoning mix, and cheese and place in crock. Cover and cook on

Sweet n’ Tangy Hotdogs
2 pounds hotdogs
(cut in 1 to 2-inch pieces)

1 cup chili sauce
Combine brandy, chili sauce, grape jelly, orange marmalade, and chili powder. Stir
to mix. Place hotdogs in crock. Pour sauce over hotdogs. Cover and cook on
High for 4 hours.

Chocolate Fondue
1 (8-ounce) box unsweetened
baking chocolate
1 (8-ounce) box semi-sweet
baking chocolate
1 (8-ounce) box white baking chocolate
Place all ingredients in crock. Cover and cook on High for 45 minutes then stir and
cook another 15 minutes. Use to dip fruit, cookies, or cake cubes.

Vanilla Bread Pudding
1 (12-ounce) can evaporated milk

2 tablespoons butter, melted

Combine milk, egg, butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla in a bowl. Stir to
mix. Spray crock with nonstick cooking spray. Place bread cubes in crock. Pour
mixture over bread and gently press down bread cubes so all cubes are moist.
Cover and cook on High for 3 hours.
Makes 4 servings.
Adobe Chicken
1 small sweet onion, sliced
4 cloves crushed garlic

In a small bowl combine the onion, garlic, soy sauce and vinegar. Place chicken in
slow cooker and pour mixture over chicken. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
