AC input reactor 

AC input reactor can inhibit high harmonics of the inverter input current, significantly improving 

power factor of the inverter. It is recommended that AC input reactor should be used in the following 
cases. 

※ 

The ratio of the capability of power supply used for the inverter to the inverter own 

capability is more than 10:1. 

※ 

The thyristor load or the device of power-factor compensation with ON/OFF is connected 

with the same power supply. 

※ 

The degree of unbalance for three-phase power supply voltage is larger (≥ 3%). 

※
