3. Temperature button (TEMP): The cooking temperature can be adjusted for some cooking processes. Press the temperature button and turn the rotary knob to
the desired setting. The temperature can be adjusted during the cooking process.
4. Delay start: Numerous presets are equipped with a delay start function, so that the cooking process can be started at a later time.
5. Start button: Press the start button to start the process.
6. Stop button (Stop): Interrupts the cooking process immediately.
7. Keep warm (keep warm function): This preset is primarily used to keep food warm until it is served. You can set the amount of time to keep the food warm by
pressing the keep warm button and turning the knob to the desired time. The glass lid must be used for keeping warm.
IMPORTANT: SOME PROGRAMMES HAVE A HEATING TIME. PRE HEAT APPEARS ON THE DISPLAY. AS SOON AS THE HEATING PROCESS IS FINISHED, THE DISPLAY
SHOWS ADD FOOD. AFTER LOADING THE FOOD, PRESS THE START BUTTON TO START THE DESIRED PROGRAMME.
FOR ALL PROGRAMMES WITH A GLASS LID, THE DISPLAY SHOWS A CIRCULAR MOVEMENT AS SOON AS THE START BUTTON IS PRESSED.

Air Fry
Hot air lid
Air-fry your favorite foods instead of frying them in oil. Ideal for chicken, french fries, mozzarella
sticks and other dishes. To use the dehydration function, which is available under the hot air frying
preset, you must set the cooking temperature from 38°C to 98°C. After this, you are able to set a
cooking time between one and ten hours. The timer starts immediately and there is no preheating
with Air Fry.
Slow Cook

Cook food slowly at low temperatures. The maximum temperature should be 96°C.
Steam
Glass cover
For steam-cooking dishes. A small amount of water is brought to the boil to create steam. The best
results are achieved using a pan insert (small grate) and the glass lid.
Sauté

Heats the inner pot for use as a frying pan. The timer starts immediately; there is no pre-heating for
Sauté.
Grill
Hot air lid
For grilling food. Heats the grill plate to the maximum temperature (190°C). After pressing the start
button, the heating time begins - Pre Heat appears on the display. As soon as the heating process is
finished, ADD FOOD appears on the display. Insert the desired quantity and press the start button
again. The grilling process begins.
Bake
Hot air lid
Use for baking. After pressing the start button, the heating time begins - Pre Heat appears on the
display. As soon as the heating process is finished, ADD FOOD appears on the display. Insert the
desired quantity and press the start button again. The baking process begins.
Roast
Hot air lid
For cooking meat and fish in one piece or vegetables: the hot air circulates evenly over the surface
of the food during the cooking process. After pressing the start button, the heating time begins - Pre
Heat appears on the display. As soon as the heating process is finished, ADD FOOD appears on the
display. Insert the desired quantity and press the start button again. The roasting process begins.
Rice

If "Rice" is preset, the display shows a rotating symbol. The timer does not work in the "Rice" preset,
as the cooking time changes depending on the amount of rice. The appliance switches to keep warm
mode when the cooking cycle is complete.
Simmer

Gently simmer the food at a low temperature below boiling point.
Sous vide
Glass cover
Temperature controlled water cooking.
Fry
Glass cover
Fry food with oil. The device is not suitable for deep-frying. Never fill the pan with more than 2.5 cm
of oil. Set the timer to the desired cooking level.
Keep warm

Cook food at low temperatures for long periods of time. Suitable for sauces and for the slow-cooking
of liquids.

Customization of the cooking process
As you become more familiar with the device, you can tweak the settings to suit your individual tastes. You can set the cooking time and temperature, set the delay
start and create manual presets. See the section „Cooking recommendations and tips“.
