Pilaf
This program is intended for preparing pilaf.
- Turn on the appliance. The display illumination will light up.
- Place all desired contents into the bowl according to the recipe. Follow the instructions in the “Appliance operation”
section. If recipe requires food preliminary fried do use the program “Fry” according to its description before adjusting
the program”Pilaf”.
- The lid must be kept open while cooking with this program. If the lid is not in proper position, it might not turn out as well.
- Select the “Pilaf” program from the general program list by pressing the “МЕНЮ / MENU” or the “+ and -” touch
buttons. The “Pilaf” display indication will start blinking.
- If necessary, activate the ДАВЛЕНИЕ / PRESSURE mode by pressing the “ДАВЛЕНИЕ / ОТМЕНА ПОДОГРЕВА /
PRESSURE / CANCEL KEEP WARM” touch button. The display will show the corresponding indicator.
- The default cooking time for this program is 1 hour and 20 minutes. Set the cooking time according to the dish’s
recipe: press the “ВРЕМЯ / ТЕМПЕРАТУРА / TIME / TEMPERATURE” touch button, then change time setting in 5
minute increments by pressing the “+ and -” buttons. The time may vary in the 20 minutes to 2 hours range.
- If the cooking with pressure mode is on, the default cooking time will be 55 minutes. Change the time setting by
pressing the “ВРЕМЯ / ТЕМПЕРАТУРА / TIME / TEMPERATURE” touch button if desired.
- The cooking temperature in this program is 115°С and may not be adjusted. You can control the cooking temperature
by pressing the “ВРЕМЯ / ТЕМПЕРАТУРА / TIME / TEMPERATURE” touch button again.
- When operating in the no pressure mode, the time and temperature settings may be changed during cooking.
Change the parameters by pressing the “+ and -” touch buttons.
- Please bear in mind that the total cooking time, i.e. the time elapsed plus the new time setting, must not exceed the
maximum operation time determined for the program selected.
- Press the “СТАРТ / ОТМЕНА / START / CANCEL” touch button to start the program, the program will give off a sound
signal, and the multicooker will begin operating according to the program selected. The “Pilaf” sign on the display and
the “СТАРТ / ОТМЕНА / START / CANCEL” touch button indicator will remain on. The countdown timer for the cooking
time will start after the program begins.
- After the program is complete, the appliance will switch to the ПОДОГРЕВ / KEEP WARM mode. To disable automatic
switching to the ПОДОГРЕВ / KEEP WARM mode, press the “ДАВЛЕНИЕ / ОТМЕНА ПОДОГРЕВА / PRESSURE /
