- Turn on the appliance. The display illumination will light up.
- Add some oil into the bowl according to the recipe. Follow the instructions in the “Appliance operation” section.
Do put food for fry into the bowl after sound signal of reaching specified temperature and starting countdown of the
program.
- It is best to keep the lid open after the bowl is heated to the desired temperature while cooking with this program. If
the lid is not in proper position, it might not turn out as well.
- Select the “Fry” program from the general program list by pressing the “МЕНЮ / MENU” or the “+ and -” touch
buttons. The “Fry” display indication will start blinking.
- The ДАВЛЕНИЕ / PRESSURE mode is not available in this program.
- The default cooking time for this program is 25 minutes. Set the cooking time according to the dish’s recipe: press
the “ВРЕМЯ / ТЕМПЕРАТУРА / TIME / TEMPERATURE” touch button, then change time setting in 1 minute increments
by pressing the “+ and -” buttons. The time may vary in the 5 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes range.
- You may not adjustment the temperature settings in this program. The default temperature will be 160°С. To adjust
the temperature, press the “ВРЕМЯ / ТЕМПЕРАТУРА / TIME / TEMPERATURE” button and use the “+ and -” touch
buttons to select the desired temperature mode: 100, 120, 140, and 160 °С.
- The time and temperature settings may be changed while cooking. Change the parameters by pressing the “+ and -”
touch buttons.
- Please bear in mind that the total cooking time, i.e. the time elapsed plus the new time setting, must not exceed the
maximum operation time determined for the program selected.
- Please read! If the temperature is between 100 and 120°С, then the temperature setting may not be changed. If the
cooking temperature is higher than 120°С, then the temperature setting may be changed within the 120 to 160°С
range.
- Press the “СТАРТ / ОТМЕНА / START / CANCEL” touch button to start the program, the program will give off a sound
signal, and the multicooker will begin operating according to the program selected. The “Fry” sign on the display and
the “СТАРТ / ОТМЕНА / START / CANCEL” touch button indicator will remain on. The cooking time begins to countdown
after warming up to the specified temperature and sound signal for adding food products.
- Put the food into the bowl after heating, verify that it is ready, and stir and turn it if necessary. Do not close the lid.
- After the program is complete, the appliance will switch to the ПОДОГРЕВ / KEEP WARM mode. To disable automatic
switching to the ПОДОГРЕВ / KEEP WARM mode, press the “ДАВЛЕНИЕ / ОТМЕНА ПОДОГРЕВА / PRESSURE /
