the 5 minutes to 12 hours range.
- To adjust the cooking temperature for the stage selected, press the “ВРЕМЯ / ТЕМПЕРАТУРА / TIME /
TEMPERATURE” button again and use the “+ and -” touch buttons to set the desired temperature: 30°С to 160°С
without pressure, 30°С to 118°С with pressure, and variable increments: 10°С for the 30°С to 90°С range, 2°С for the
90°С to 110°С range, and 10°С for the 110°С to 160°С range.
- Then press the “МУЛЬТИПОВАР PLUS” or “+” touch button to begin programming the next stage. To return to the
previous stage, press the “-” touch button.
- If you need to pause the cooking at a certain time, you can program a stage with a “zero” temperature (i.e. without
heating). The display will show 0.0. At this stage, you can remove the bowl from the multicooker. If this pause is set
for the purpose of removing the bowl or adding / removing ingredients, a pause length must be selected that is large
enough to carry out all required actions before the beginning of the next stage.
- When you finish programming the desired stages, press the “СТАРТ / ОТМЕНА / START / CANCEL” touch button,
the program will give off a sound signal, and it will consequently begin performing the stages programmed from 1
to the stage indicated on the display when the “СТАРТ / ОТМЕНА / START / CANCEL” touch button was pressed. The
stage time setting, the “Мультиповар” sign on the display, and the “СТАРТ / ОТМЕНА / START / CANCEL” touch button
indicator will remain on. The stage execution countdown will start immediately after the “СТАРТ / ОТМЕНА / START /
CANCEL” touch button is pressed.
- When operating in the no pressure mode, the time and temperature settings may be changed while cooking. Change
the parameters by pressing the “+ and -” touch buttons.
- Please bear in mind that the total cooking time, i.e. the time elapsed plus the new time setting, must not exceed the
maximum operation time determined for the program selected.

If the cooking temperature is lower than 106°С, the temperature setting may be changed within the 30
to 106°С range. Otherwise, if the cooking temperature is larger than 108°С, the temperature setting may be changed
within the 108 to 160°С range.
- The multicooker will give off a sound signal upon completion of each stage.
- This program remembers its last settings. After the “СТАРТ / ОТМЕНА / START / CANCEL” touch button is pressed,
the temperature and time settings for all stages are stored in the permanent appliance’s memory and they will be
displayed the next time the device powers on.
