For preventing to occur the noise from secondary safety wires, wire
length should be as short as possible.
Using the supplied M10 socket head bolts(B), align the mounting holes in the
Dual Flying Plate(A) with the mounting points on the top of the enclosure.
Ensure that both the Spring washers(C) and Flat washers(D) are used - the
Flat washer(D) should be in contact with the bracket. Tighten the bolts at
15N·m torque. (Fig.3-2-3-F)
The 16 holes on the top plate can be used to install the speaker to the
ceiling. (Fig.3-2-3-G)
Note:
For larger down-tilt angles, position the pivot on the last hole and use
the mounting point on the rear or underside as a pull-back.
Note:
When hanging the XY-3 using the CP-XY3DF1, the XY-2 can
be attached to the bottom of the XY-3B.
WARNING:
・
Attach two or more wire to a rigging point different from those for
installing the CP-XY3DF1 to prevent swaying. (Fig.3-2-3-H)

When attaching the XY-2 to the XY-3B, do not attach it to anywhere other
than the bottom of the XY-3B. Make sure to use the included bolt, washer,
and spring washer supplied with XY-2.

Do not suspend anything other than an XY-2 to the bottom of the XY-3B.
Also, do not suspend two or more XY-2s.
Ensure the commercially-available eyebolt are secured to mounting point on
the rear top of the enclosure to suspend it with wire as a secondary safety
feature. (Fig.3-2-3-I)
