PRV-9000 Operating Instructions

4.6 Slow-Motion

Playback

After pausing playback of a DVD or Video-CD
disc, use the Jog dial to control the direction
and speed of slow-motion playback. The
direction and speed is shown on the display.
The picture quality is reduced during slow
motion viewing.

Slow Motion Speeds:

Jog Dial

PAUSE

JOG MODE

PLAY

Note: Video-CD only supports forward slow motion.

From the Remote Control:

To view a video segment or disc in slow motion, follow the directions below.

1. Begin playback of a disc.

2. Press the

PAUSE

button.

3. Turn the Jog dial to start slow-motion playback.

Forward motion – turn clockwise

Reverse motion – turn counter-clockwise

4. Verify the selected direction and speed is shown on the display.

5. Press

PLAY

to resume standard playback.
