4.2.3 Loco Address
Here you can assign a locomotive‘s address* which the car should listen to. It is a so called “sniffer address”. By default the car will listen to DCC
address “3”.
*It’s not possible to enter any other value when the “Auto Loco Address” is set.
4.2.4 Auto Loco Address
Is this function activated you easily can assign a new locomotive address by switching on / switching off “F0” of the corresponding locomotive
three times. The PIKO SmartMeasure Car will check this and assign this new address for listening*.
When this function is activated you can assign a “sniffer address” automatically by activating F0 at the corresponding locomotive for three times
within a short time. The car will recognize this and assign the corresponding locomotive address as the new sniffer address*
* short and long DCC addresses can be entered.
4.2.5 Displayed Data
Choose freely which measurements should be displayed on the main page of the app.
4.2.6 Reset Distance
Set the driven distance back to zero. A security query will follow.
The same function can be used when touching “Distance“ on the main page for a few seconds
4.2.7 Calibration
Set all angle-values of the sensors to zero.
This features f.e. allows to check a proper drivable slope, then set the angle to zero. If you now build a new layout with a new slope you can build
“on zero”, that means the car can be used as a reference during the built-up.
4.2.8 Software Versions
Below Calibration you will also find informations about the currently used software version. Please check our web shop from time to time for
