Questo apparecchio, in funzione di un
segnale di pressione di valle, provvede a
scaricare all'atmosfera il gas racchiuso
nella camera di motorizzazione del monitor
consentendone così un più rapido
intervento. Ovviamente la taratura
dell'acceleratore deve essere più alta di
quella del monitor.
La taratura viene effettuata ruotando la
vite di regolazione 17
, in senso orario per
aumentare il valore, in senso antiorario per
diminuirlo.

On the basis of a pressure signal from
downstream this device discharges the gas

Dieses Gerät ermöglicht, dass bei
plötzlichem Anstieg des Regeldrucks das in
der Steuerkammer des Monitors
eingeschlossene Gas in die Atmosphäre
abgelassen wird, um so den Arbeitsbeginn
des Monitors zu beschleunigen. Natürlich
muss der Schließbeschleuniger auf einen
höheren Wert als der Monitor eingestellt
sein.
Die Einstellung erfolgt durch Verstellen
der Einstellschraube 17
, und zwar im
Uhrzeigersinn zum Erhöhen des Werts und
gegen den Uhrzeigersinn, um den Wert zu
senken.

In caso di intervento la valvola di blocco
incorporata al regolatore, per essere
considerata un dispositivo di sicurezza
secondo PED, chiude l’alimentazione oltre
che al regolatore anche al suo pilota di
comando.

Damit das im Druckregler integrierte
Sicherheits-absperrventil SAV gemäß

Gaszufuhr zum Hauptregler, sondern auch
zum Pilotregler ab.

regolatori della serie REFLUX 819 assicura
la possibilità di applicare il regolatore di
emergenza monitor PM/819 o la valvola di
blocco allo stesso corpo senza modificarne lo
scartamento, anche in tempi successivi
all'installazione del regolatore.

series regulators means that it is also
possible to feitner the emergency monitor
regulator PM/819 or it the slam-shut
incorporated with the body itself even after
the installation of the regulator without any
modifications.
Das modulare Konzept der Druckregler der
Serie REFLUX 819 ermöglicht sowohl den
direkten Anbau eines Sicherheitsmonitors
PM/819 als auch eines SAV an das
Stellgliedgehäuse ohne Änderungen am
Regelsystem.

4.0 MODULOPBYGNING
Den modulære opbygning af regulatorer i serien
REFLUX 819 giver mulighed for at anvende en
nødregulator for monitoren PM/819 eller en slam-shut-
ventil på samme modul uden at ændre i indstillingerne,
også efter at regulatoren er blevet monteret.
4.1 INDBYGGET SLAM-SHUT-VENTIL
Ved indgreb vil slam-shut-ventilen, der er indbygget
på regulatoren, for at kunne blive betragtet som en
sikkerhedsanordning, ikke kun lukke for tilførslen til
regulatoren, men også for dennes kontrolpilotenhed.
4.2 INDBYGGET SLAM-SHUT-VENTIL SB/82
Ventilen er en indretning (fig. 9), der straks blokerer
for gasstrømmen, hvis trykket nedstrøms, som følge
af en form for svigt, når det punkt der er indstillet
som aktiveringspunkt for ventilen. Ventilen kan også
aktiveres manuelt.
For trykregulatoren REFLUX 819 er der mulighed for
at have ventilen SB/82 indbygget enten på regulatoren
eller med monitor på linjen.
De vigtigste karakteristika ved denne
blokeringsindretning er:

4.0 MODULARITY

4.1 INCORPORATED SLAM-SHUT VALVE

both to pressure regulator and to its pilot.
4.2 INCORPORATED SB/82 SLAM-SHUT VALVE
This is a device (fig. 9) which immediately blocks
the gas flow if, following some kind of failure, the
downstream pressure reaches the set-point for its
intervention, or is operated manually.
On the REFLUX 819 regulator, it is possible to have
the SB/82 slam-shut incorporated both with the
service regulator and on the one functioning as in-line
monitor.
