Operation Guide
There are two ways to assign a Group to a Dimmer Master:
Using the Command Line Interface
Press the [ASSIGN] key, followed by the Fixture ID, in example: [FIXTURE] [1]. Now select the [GO], or [PAUSE/
BACK] key of the fader that should act as the Dimmer Master.

Using the Fixture Pool Window
You may also use the command line Interface paired with visual fixture selection:
Hit the [FIXTURE] key while striking the [ASSIGN] key. The Fixture Pool window will be shown. Now select the
fixture from within the pool window followed by the [GO], or [PAUSE/BACK] key of the fader that should act as the
Dimmer Master.
Assigning Groups to Masters (Creating an Inhibitive Groupmaster)
Group and Dimmer Masters are compared HTP, so the highest master will take precedence.
There are two ways to assign a Group to a Dimmer Master:

Press the [ASSIGN] key, followed by the Group's ID, in example: [GROUP] [1]. Now select the [GO], or [PAUSE/
BACK] key of the fader that should act as the Dimmer Master.

Press and hold the [GROUP] key and press the [ASSIGN] key. The Group Pool window will be shown. Now select

the Dimmer Master.
Assigning Cuelists to Masters
Assigning Cuelists to Masters using Cuelist Pool Window
To assign a cuelist (in the Cuelist Pool) to a master, press and hold the [OPEN] key and press the [CUELIST] key on
the keypad. The Cuelist Pool window will open (
Figure 198 on page 110
). Now press the [ASSIGN] key, tap on the
Cuelist you would like to assign to the master followed by the either a master's Play [
] or Pause / Back Key [

Press the [CUELIST] key followed by the number of the Cuelist, you would like to assign i.e., [1]. Then press the
desired master's Play [
