2020 will send information stored in its datalogger to a computer.
This option may be used if you need to prepare reports based on
2020’s recorded data. This feature may also be used if you need the
recorded data in a format that can be imported into a spreadsheet or
database for further calculations.
NOTE: 2020 is not classified for use in hazardous locations with
computers.
You may need to keep more data than can be logged by 2020. If this
is the case you have two options: you may print the data before they
are deleted from the datalogger and keep the printed reports, or you
may store the data on disk for later use. You may not, however, load
data that have been stored on disk back into 2020.
In order to establish communication with 2020 and send data stored
in the datalogger to a computer, the computer must be set up to
