Manager Screen Features
• Force Close:
This is a backup built into the system to help you close old tickets from
the day before that may have been forgotten or left open. When you force close a
ticket, it can cause reporting errors so try only doing this as a last resort.
• Reopen Ticket:
This function can be used to reopen an old ticket. This can be useful
for going back over a ticket, changing out the items that were purchased on the ticket
(so long as they don’t exceed the amount that was paid on the ticket) or for voiding
or closing out the ticket.
• Reprint Ticket:
Used to reprint the ticket for the customer or if you need another
copy of the receipt.
