Assigning a Customer to a Ticket
There are multiple ways to assign a customer to a ticket. If using the restau-
rant mode of Paradise and you have Prompt Name on Ticket set for employees so
they get the Send Dialogue screen, you can send a ticket and select the Customer
option. If at the pay screen, you can select Customer at the top of the screen and
assign a customer here. Lastly, you can have Guided Loyalty set in Admin -> Com-
pany Settings -> Customer which will prompt employees at the pay screen to assign
a loyalty customer if applicable.
