9.1 Restarting the Paradise Application or iPad
Sometimes restarting the Paradise application or the iPad itself will help re-
solve an issue you might have. If it seems the application has frozen or has had
some error, you may want to close the app or may be instructed by technical sup-
port to close it. Follow the steps below to close the application.
1.
Double-click on the iPad’s Home button. This is the small circle button on the
front of the iPad, just above the charging port.
2.
Find the Paradise app in the app switcher. This app switcher screen will display
all apps you currently have open, quite small on your page.
3.
Swipe up on the Paradise app to close it.
Sometimes restarting the entire iPad can help resolve an issue. Follow the
steps below to turn an iPad off and back on to restart it.
1.
Press and hold the Power button until the Power Off slider appears.
2.
Drag the slider to turn the device off completely.
3.
After the iPad turns off, press and hold the Power button again until you see the
Apple logo. The iPad should now reboot.
