Company Settings - Printing
• Send Voided Items to Kitchen:
sends items that are voided to the kitchen print-
er, allowing the kitchen staff to see the item has been voided from the ticket;
only works on items that are assigned to the kitchen printer.
• Use iPad as Print Queue:
allows you to make the iPad the print queue in the
event that the Orange Pi Print Queue installed with your TP Link router stops
working and all troubleshooting of the Orange Pi doesn’t resolve the issue.
When iPad as Print Queue is enabled, you must assign an iPad to become the
print queue instead. Select one of your devices in the blank for Print Queue
iPad. Make sure this device stays on and in the Paradise application or print jobs
that rely on a print queue (any ethernet printer) will not go through. You MUST
restart the Paradise app on all iPads being used at that location in order for this
setting to take effect.
