Temperature indicator <TEMP>
Indicator status
Lighting in red
Blinking in red

Status
Internal temperature is high or low (warning).
Internal temperature is high
or low (standby status).
The cooling fan has
stopped.
Cause
f
Are the intake/exhaust vents blocked?
f
Is the temperature of surrounding environment high or low?

Solution
f
Remove any objects that are blocking the intake/exhaust vents.
f
Use the projector in an appropriate operating environment temperature

f
Do not use the projector at an altitude of 2 700 m (8 858') or higher above sea level.
f
Turn the <MAIN POWER>
switch to <OFF>

consult your dealer.

If the temperature indicator <TEMP> is still lit or blinking after taking the measures, ask your dealer for repair.
Filter indicator <FILTER>

The filter is clogged.
The ambient or internal temperature is abnormally high.
Air filter unit is not attached.
Cause

Is the air filter unit dirty?

Are the intake/exhaust vents
blocked?

Is the air filter unit attached?
Solution
f
Clean or replace the air filter unit.

If the filter indicator <FILTER> is still lit or blinking after taking the measures, ask your dealer for repair.

If the air filter unit is not attached when the projector is turned on, the filter indicator <FILTER> will blink in red.
