Display Current Consumption in Unit (H5/A4)
Power Supply (Control Unit)
Voltage - xx.xx V: The 24V measured by the CPU on the main board. Corresponds to the
output voltage at the power supply outputs on connector J1.
Earth voltage - xx.xx V : Measured from 0V (connector J1:14) to earth.
Current from power supply: xxx mA: The total current consumption (including the
charging current at 24V) for the control unit when it is connected to the mains (230 V AC),
i.e. this function is not working by battery backup.
BATTERY
Voltage: xx.xx V: The battery voltage at connector J2:4-5 .
Charging current: x mA: The battery charging current for the control unit (FDCIE).
Resistance in battery circuit: xxxxx mΩ:
During the battery resistance check the voltage
is measured with
and without a resistor. A resistance > 500 mΩ will result in a "Low battery
capacity" fault. Checked every 4th hour.
Charging: The battery charging current.
Low capacity voltage difference: During the battery capacity check the voltage is
measured with and without a resistor. A difference between these two voltages > 2100 mV
will result in a "Low battery capacity" fault. This is checked every 4th hour.
