Unanswered DISA calls will change to multiple-incoming ringing when the DISA No-Answer Timer
#1 (see previous address) expires.
Unanswered DID calls will change to multiple-incoming ringing when (or if) the extension performs
another action on the phone (such as accessing another outside line) while the DID call is ringing.
