Flash Timer 1 for Trunk Line
(all CPCs) - Version 1.0 or higher
Set the length of time a flash signal to a trunk line will last when the
extension user depresses FLASH or PROG. Applies when Flash
Pattern #1 is programmed for the trunk.

1 = (1 x 16 ms) = 16 ms
default: 50 = (50 x 16 ms) = 800 ms
2 = (2 x 16 ms) = 32 ms
3 = (3 x 16 ms) = 48 ms
