SPARE PARTS
Original spare parts
The original spare parts and the accessories that P.L.A. S.p.A. suggests to choose have been projected
and tested to integrate in a perfect way with your vehicle. P.L.A. S.p.A. dealers know the technical
details and the characteristics of the spare parts and off the accessories scheduled on all our models
and they have the necessary competence to do repairing and replacements. Besides they are able to
give you advises and to provide you original pieces.
Changes done by not authorised staff can alter the functionality and security degree of your motorhome
and let the guarantee decay.
The utilisation of pieces not approved by the manufacturer can prejudice the security and good
functioning features of the motorhome.
For this reason turn to the P.L.A. S.p.A. dealer or by P.L.A. S.p.A. authorised repair shops to be
certain that the required intervention will be skilled and professional to the benefit of your security
and that of your motorhome.
Turn to P.L.A. S.p.A. dealers also in case you want to mount special accessories, that could imply
the registration duty. In mounting the special accessories it is necessary to respect the homologated
dimensions and weight for your motorhome.
Spare parts that we suggest to keep at disposal in the motorhome:
° Fuses
° Lamps
° Pressure pump for the clear waters tank
° Kit bag
WHEELS AND TYRES
Check regularly the screws lock of the wheels. Regulate the lock after the first 100 Km and,
afterwards, every 5.000 Km.
When you have mounted new tyres, moderate the speed for the first 100 Km to allow a good
settlement.
Use always tyre of the same kind, brand and version (summery and wintry).
Use only suitable tyres of the kind of motorhome rim. The admitted dimensions are on the chassis’
booklet.
Check regularly the wear degree of the tyres, the tread deepness and the presence of potential
damages on the motorhome’s sides.
Respect the minimum tread deepness established by the Highway code.
In case of prolonged inactivity it is good to place the motorhome on apposite trestles to reduce the
weight that bears heavily on the tyres or, alternatively, to change place to the motorhome once a
month so to change the wheels’ position. These cautions prevent the tyres’ deformation and reduce
the pressure points on the wheels’ bearing.
Check the tyres’ pressure regularly, always when they are cold.
An excessive or not sufficient pressure prejudices the driving security, facilitates an dysfunctional
utilisation and can constitute the cause of tyres’ explosion.
Look at the chassis’ booklet for all indications regarding the kind and the pressure of the tyre of your motorhome.
Tyres’ pressure:
The tyres’ pressure, expressed in bar, must be noted when the tyres are cold.
To verify the recommended values for your motorhome refer to the instructions of the chassis’
manufacturer, considering the value indicated in condition of “ full loaded”.
