P.L.A. S.p.A. is not bound to any claim for the absence of the vehicle during the period of repairing.
3) Territorial extension of the guarantee
The conventional guarantee of the manufacturer is ensured on the whole European Union
territory(EEC).
4) Guarantee exclusion’s clauses
The present guarantee doesn’t cover repairing or body parts’ substitution, which may result defective
because of the following reasons:
A)
normal wear, different use from that of ordinary destination, use for entrepreneurial or
professional activities, competitions of any kind, failing car service within the fixed term, omission
of the periodic maintenance according to the prescriptions written in the operating and maintenance
manual, overloads and inappropriate use of the vehicle;
B)
nonobservance of the operating and maintenance rules written on the manual;
C)
maintenance or repairing done by not authorised staff and/or use of not original spare parts or
anyway different from those ones not foreseen by the manufacturer.
D)
Every kind of change or damaging done to the vehicle without written authorisation of the
manufacturer.
E)
Traffic damages, damages caused by accidents or by circumstances beyond our control, that
anyway cannot be ascribed to manufactory defects.
° the guarantee will be suspended in case of transfer of property till the new owner will inform P.L.A.
S.p.A. about the occurred transfer of property, using the scheduled modules which are enclosed to this
certificate.The deadline doesn't change.
° Components and accessories installed on board which have not been built by P.L.A. S.p.A. are
excluded from the guarantee, like for example fridges, healers, boilers, ovens, pneumatic tyres. For
those products the customer must turn to the referring manufacturer, activating the guarantee.
° the guarantee doesn’t cover, in addition to this, the expenses for the ordinary maintenance of the
vehicle, the consumption’s materials and those parts subject to normal wear.
5) Guarantee termination
After the 24 months of guarantee validity, each repairing and/or parts’ substitution will be exclusively
on charge of the customer, according to the fares in force by the dealers’ net and the authorised repair
shops.
Planned maintenance service
The right and correct maintenance constitutes a fundamental factor for your safety, for maintaining
your vehicle in the best conditions and for guarantying a longer duration.
For this reason it is planned a check program top be done to the stated terms. For the technical
peculiarity of these operations, it is necessary that interventions are done by skilled staff.
The competence and the experience of the dealers and of the assistance P.L.A. S.p.A. authorised
centres represent the best guarantee for your vehicle; for this we recommend to address to the dealers
and to the assistance P.L.A. S.p.A. authorised centres distributed on the national and European
territory.
We remember you that, for the chassis’ maintenance, it is necessary to refer to the “operating and
maintenance manual” of the manufacturer.
