6.3 Key Scroll Procedure
Pressing the

key on the transmitter display scrolls through available menu items in the currently
selected menu (Fig. 6.2).

6.3.1 About Key Operation
There are three different ways to operate the key. Through combined use of these approaches in key
operation, you can perform all the operations described in Sec. 6.3.2 "Key Scroll" with a single key.
Pressing the
▼
key on the display with your finger causes the optical sensor to respond and the "ACK
indicator" appears at the most significant digit (8th place) of the LCD as shown in Fig. 6.3. By removing
your finger after acknowledging this indicator (within 5 seconds) can bring up the next menu item.
Holding the
▼
key depressed between 5 and 7 seconds (ACK indicator blinks on and off 5 to 7 times) and
then removing your finger can bring up an "auxiliary operating function" related to the currently displayed
menu item.
