An empty database was selected.

Check if 'Group' was selected and this
selection is not in the database.

Check if 'Operator' was pressed and this
selection is not in the database.
Note
The selections "Group" and "Operator" are of
the "toggle" type and are independent of
chronological or alphabetical selection.
The default settings do not match the
most recent or the database is "non-
existent"
a.
Exit the Scout program
b.
Delete or change the file name (for
safety) "C:\Keratron\Scout.ini".
c.
Restart the Scout program and setup
again the preferred options.
9.12 NOVA.EXE UPDATE
To update the Keratron Nova software it must be transferred to a USB memory stick
using the Keratron Scout software (
if available
).
Insert the USB memory stick included in the PC.
With the Keratron Scout software it is possible to carry out the manual update with
the command:
Tools → Make Keratron Wave / Keratron / Keratron Nova key ...
