Each operator will point to his own database via "File → Open Database" (File
→ Open database) or from the "File → Recent Database" (File → Recent
Databases).
9.11.4 PC REPLACEMENT
•
Make a back up of the database(s) (network, CD-ROM ...).
•
Make a backup of the file "C:\Keratron\Scout.ini" (options, settings, location
MRU).
•
Make a backup of the file "C:\Keratron\*. Tb" (toolbar settings).
•
Replace the PC.
•
Reinstall the Keratron Scout software.
•
Reinstall the
trial set
.
•
Restore the database(s) (from the network, from the CD-ROM ...).
•
Restore the file "Scout.ini" in the "C:\Keratron".
•
Restore the file "C:\Keratron\*. Tb" (toolbar settings).
NOTE
If external programs are installed, you must re-enter the password.
