If, when you press a one-touch key, the message
“KEY NOT STORED” appears on the display for
a few seconds, this means that no number has
been stored under that key.
In this case, refer to the “Programming one-
touch dialling keys” section of the
“PROGRAMMING” chapter, and preogram the
key.

By pressing SPEED DIAL followed by the speed
dialling code under which the number was stored
(01-60).
If, when setting a speed dialling code, the
message “CODE NOT STORED” appears on
the display for a few seconds, this means that no
number has been stored under that code. In this
case, see the “Programming speed dialling codes
- normal and extended” section of the
“PROGRAMMING” chapter, and program the
code.
In the example given in the manual, the one-
touch dialling key 01 was selected.

The facsimile machine starts the first request for
transmission. The TX/RX LED comes on.

Repeat step 4 for each number that you want to dial
or move straight on to the next step.

Press START to end the procedure.

Once reception has been completed, the facsimile
machine beeps and the TX/RX LED goes off.
If the “LAST RX REPORT” parameter of the operating
configuration has been enabled, the facsimile machine
will print the report at the end of reception.
If a number is busy or the correspondent does not
answer, the facsimile machine continues dialling the
remaining numbers. At the end, it tries to dial all the
numbers waiting for transmission (automatic redial
feature).
