PROGRAM KEYS
It often happens that the same document has to be sent to several correspondents (broadcast transmission).
You can store up to 60 facsimile numbers stored for one-touch and coded speed dialling under one program
key. These numbers will be dialled automatically by the fax machine when the relevant (grouped dialling) key
is pressed. There are 3 program keys, located together in the central section of the console (above the numeric
keypad).
As well as storing numbers under a program key, you can set the transmission time, graphic definition (contrast,
resolution and image) of the document to be sent.
This section explains how to associate these items with a program key. How to use these keys to dial a series
of numbers is explained in the “Grouped dialling broadcast transmission from the memory” section of the
“TRANSMISSION”chapter.

The facsimile machine is on. One-touch dialling keys and speed dialling codes have been programmed.
Position the mask (right-hand side of console) to display the function keys.

Otherwise you can enter the number of the key
directly on the numeric keypad or simply press the
program key itself.
If the key has already been programmed, the display
will show, beside the “R.No:” message, the total
number of keys or codes for one-touch and coded
speed dialling numbers already associated with that
key. If this is the case, select another key (using
