Indicates the type of transaction associated with the document.

Indicates the specific nature of the document.

Document sent from the ADF.
POLL.
Document was received by polling.

Document reference number.

Document sent during connection with PC.
Destination ID
Indicates the correspondent’s facsimile number.
Date/time
Indicates the date and time of transmission.
Durat.
Indicates the transmission duration. If the duration is in brackets,
this means that several attempts were made (automatic redial
feature).
Page
Indicates the number of pages sent.
Result
Indicates the result of transmission.
OK
Transmission successfully completed.
XX
(error code) Error occurred during transmission.
LAST RECEPTION REPORT
This report provides information on the last reception operation.
It is printed automatically if the “LAST RX REPORT” parameter was enabled in the operating configuration
(refer to the “Setting the operating configuration parameters” section of the “PROGRAMMING” chapter).
The report can also be displayed or printed, on request, by following the procedure described below:

The facsimile machine is on. At least one reception operation has been performed. Position the mask
(right-hand section of the console) to display the function keys. The same conditions are valid for the
printing procedure.

on the menu.
