TOTAL NUMBER OF DOCUMENTS IN THE MEMORY
This function provides you with an overall view of the documents stored in the memory.
This section explains how to print or delete the documents and how to display, print or delete its reference
parameters. The only exception is for documents waiting to be printed, which cannot be deleted or printed.
The facsimile machine automatically prints them once paper or ink has been added.

The facsimile machine is on. Documents have already been stored. Position the mask (right-hand section
of the console) to display the function keys. The same conditions are also valid for deletion and printing.

The display shows the first function on the menu.

5. Press < o > to display the remaining reference
parameters:

(The example given uses the "PAGE NO." parameter.)
The parameters listed above cannot be displayed when
the facsimile machine is receiving the document. In this
case, the message "ACTIVITY ON DOCUMENT" ap-
pears on the display for a few seconds.
6. Press STOP once to return to the "MEMORY STATUS"
menu functions, or:
press STOP twice to quit the menu.
