Mode settings
„ [Mode Settings]
Select [Basic Mode] for specifying basic settings, or select [Advanced Mode]
for specifying detailed settings.
The settings that can be specified differ for each mode.
When [Basic Mode] is selected
The following parameters can be set when [Basic Mode] is selected.
„ [Help] icon
Click to display Help information.
„ [About] icon
Click to display the software version information.
„ [Scan Objective]
Specify the document type.

[Scan Type]
Specify the scan type.
„ [Resolution]
Specify the resolution.
„ [Auto Color Adjustment]
Specify the auto color adjustment settings.
„ [Auto Deskew]
Specify settings for correcting the skew of the image.
„ [Paper source]
Specify the paper source.
When scanning documents from the ADF, select whether to scan only the
front side or both sides of the document.
„ [Original Size]
Specify the original size.
„ [Rotation]
Select the orientation of the image to be scanned.
