GENERAL
SAFETY
INFORMATION
Assuming
that
the
"Drago"
corn
‐
head
has
features
characterised
by
a
considerable
level
of
danger,
given
the
nature
of
the
harvesting
system,
the
operator
and
any
persons
within
the
operational
range
of
the
machine
must
make
sure
all
the
safety
precautions
described
in
this
manual,
as
well
as
those
included
in
the
user
manual
of
the
combine
harvester,
are
complied
with.
Carefully
and
accurately
read
this
manual
and
the
combine
harvester
user
manual
before
operating
the
equipment.
-
Make
sure
that
everyone
is
fully
aware
of

‐
Before
starting
the

check
its
functionality
and
safety
in
traffic.
‐
Pay
attention
to
the
safety
regulations
expected
to
be
implemented
by
the

as
well
as
the
recommendations
made
in

manual!
‐
The
warning

affixed
highlight
hazardous
operations.
Observe
them
as
they
are
intended
to
ensure
your
safety.
‐
Before
starting
work,
get
acquainted
with
the
implementation
elements
and
devices
and
how
to
use
them!
Do
not
wait
until
you
are
working.
It
will
be
too
late!
‐
The
combine
harvester
should
always
have
enough
weight
on
the
rear
axle
to
allow
safe
operation.
In
particular
harvesting
conditions,
more
weight
may
be
needed
on
the
rear
axle
in
order
to
ensure
adequate
stability.
‐
Pay
attention
to
the
admissible
axle
loads
and
total
weights!
‐
The
behaviour
of
the
main
machine
during
the
work
activities
and
the
steering
and
braking
systems
are
influenced
by
the
machine
(accessory)
fitted
to
it.
Make
sure
there
is
enough
space
to
allow
steering
and
braking.
‐
The
operator
must
be
the
only
person
sitting
on
the
combine
harvester
during
operations.
Do
not
allow
anyone
to
climb
on
the
combine
harvester
during
operation.
‐
Keep
all
the
guards
and
shields
in
place
and
never
work
around
the
head
or
the
combine
harvester
during
operation.
‐
Do
not
wear
loose
clothes
that
could
get
caught
in
moving
parts.
CAUTION

Before
working
on
the
machine,
perform
all
safety
operations
as
described
in
following
chapters.
